I guide individuals back into alignment through nervous-system-first surrender—not as passivity, but as the most intelligent form of power.

Surrender is the art of releasing control while remaining fully engaged with yourself and life.

It is the shift from over-efforting to embodied regulation, from mental striving to energetic coherence, from fear-based identity to grounded self-trust.

Through energy work, embodiment practices, and identity recalibration, I help people with sensitive and neurodivergent nervous systems dissolve the internal resistance that blocks what they desire.

We work at the level of the subconscious, the body, and the energetic field—where change actually integrates.

Who is Susan Carabello?

I am a spiritual teacher, author, and thought leader devoted to helping sensitive souls come home to themselves.

My work is especially close to the hearts of those with ADHD and highly sensitive nervous systems—those who have lived in overwhelm, intensity, or inner pressure, and long to experience God not as something to reach for, but as something already within them.

Through faith, embodiment, and nervous system awareness, I guide individuals into a softer relationship with themselves and with the Divine. This is not about striving to be more spiritual. It is about remembering that safety, trust, and wisdom already live in the body.
