Who is Susan Carabello?
I am a spiritual teacher, author, and thought leader devoted to helping sensitive souls come home to themselves.
My work is especially close to the hearts of those with ADHD and highly sensitive nervous systems—those who have lived in overwhelm, intensity, or inner pressure, and long to experience God not as something to reach for, but as something already within them.
Through faith, embodiment, and nervous system awareness, I guide individuals into a softer relationship with themselves and with the Divine. This is not about striving to be more spiritual. It is about remembering that safety, trust, and wisdom already live in the body.
I believe God meets us most clearly when we are regulated, present, and honest.
When the nervous system softens, faith deepens.
When the body feels safe, surrender becomes natural.
This work is about living in daily relationship with Source—listening, responding, allowing. It is about creating from coherence instead of urgency. Receiving instead of chasing. Trusting instead of gripping.
When alignment becomes embodied, life begins to feel guided rather than managed.
I share reflections on surrender, faith, nervous system healing, and sacred self-trust through my writing and daily offerings on Instagram—always inviting you back to the quiet wisdom within.
